What is enterprise architecture?
Enterprise architecture (EA) is the discipline of designing how an organisation's business processes, information, applications and technology infrastructure fit together to deliver its strategy. Enterprise architects create blueprints and roadmaps so that every new system, integration or cloud migration moves the company in one coherent direction instead of adding complexity.
What is Enterprise and why does it matter?
Enterprise (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is the world's most widely used enterprise architecture framework. Its Architecture Development Method (ADM) gives architects a repeatable, phase-by-phase process for developing and governing architectures. This course is aligned to Enterprise concepts and prepares you to pursue the official certification exams conducted by The Open Group; Enterprise® is a trademark of The Open Group.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need coding experience for the Enterprise Architecture course?
You do not need to be a full-time programmer, but 2–3 years of IT exposure (development, testing, infrastructure, BA or project roles) helps you absorb the material faster. Fundamentals are revised in the opening modules.
Does this course include the official Enterprise certification exam?
The course curriculum is aligned to Enterprise concepts and prepares you thoroughly for the official exams, which are conducted separately by The Open Group. Exam fees are paid to the certifying body; we guide you through the registration process.
What is the difference between a solution architect and an enterprise architect?
A solution architect designs the architecture of one system or project, while an enterprise architect designs and governs the architecture of the whole organisation across all systems. This course covers both perspectives, since most professionals grow from solution to enterprise scope.
Is enterprise architecture a good career in India?
Yes — as Indian enterprises modernise legacy systems and adopt cloud, demand for architects who can connect business strategy to technology has grown steadily and architect roles are consistently among the higher-paying IT positions.
How long is the program?
About 14 weeks of live online sessions with recordings, assignments after every module and a capstone architecture project at the end.
